Business Intelligence Software firm Phocas caps off 2014 with an appearance in the Deloitte Tech Fast 500

Phocas Software, the leader in successful business intelligence has capped off 2014 in style by being named onto the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. In its 13th year, the Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing technology companies in the Asia-Pacific region based on three year revenue growth.

Founded in 1999 by Myles Glashier and Paul Magee, Phocas has grown rapidly over the last three years. The business intelligence software firm now has over 1,000 customers globally and revenue in the United States increased by almost 50% over the past financial year.

“Recognition in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 is a tribute to the customers who have shown faith in our product and advocated for our success. It’s a tribute to our workforce of 150 who continue to develop an innovative product and are dedicated to providing a high level of personalized customer service”, Glashier said.

Phocas has offices based across three continents (Australia, Europe and North America). The company has grown at a rapid rate over the past three years to 2014, achieving a revenue increase of 81%. In 2013/2014, the Phocas Group produced an annual revenue of USD $20 million.

Attaining a place in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 500 caps off an excellent year for the business intelligence software firm. In October 2014, Phocas was ranked #1 in the world’s largest business intelligence review, BARC BI across 13 categories. Just some of the categories users ranked Phocas #1 for are Mobile BI, Business Benefits and Cloud BI.
