ICT Service Assurance Manager - ServiceNow

This contract role requires the successful applicant to ensure that service delivery of new and existing services (ServiceNow) is are delivered to agreed SLA's

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure they deliver client focused and cost effective IT operational and support services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure cost effective, efficient, timely and best practice IT Service Delivery to meet business requirements
  • Ensure vendors delivered services are aligned and delivered in accordance with ITIL Service Design and Service Operation
  • Establish a Cloud Service Brokering (CSB) capability
  • Effectively manage financial delegations

Skills and Experience required:
  • Experience using ServiceNow - Workflow, Forms, Widget Templates, Portals, Dashboards etc
  • ITIL qualifications
  • Experienced Change Manager together with Incident/Problem Management
  • Experience in an outsourced IT environment dealing with Vendors
  • Managing project and operational budgets
