Seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst with strong technical skills and a customer centric approach.

Skills / Experience

  • Strong experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Email, OneDrive, Mac etc.
  • User Accounts Administration using AD
  • Experience with ITIL in particular a strong understanding of Incident lifecycle.
  • Team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
