The Service Management Coordinator will be responsible for -

  • Ensuring ITIL compliance on all customer accounts
  • Motivating the team to even higher levels
  • Managing client expectations in comparison to contractual SLA's

To be successful you will need to possess -
  • Excellent Client facing skills
  • ITIL (Service Management) knowledge
  • A calm nature and the ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Account Manager and Client Delivery skills
  • The very best communication skills
