Axim Communications' MR-108N 3G router is a product that's hard to beat when it comes to value for money: it's a versatile wireless router that can be used to distribute a 3G, cable or ADSL2+ connection.

The Panasonic Toughbook CF-19MK3 is a fully ruggedised tablet-convertible laptop with a 10.4in screen. It's aimed at professionals who work in factories, on building sites, outdoors or on the road. This notebook is suitable for law enforcement, emergency services and military operations, too. It’s designed to be used in any environment in which a regular laptop might be too sensitive.

MSI Wind Top AE1900 (MS-6638) all-in-one PC

MSI's Wind Top AE1900 (model number MS-6638) is an all-in-one PC with an 18.5in touch screen. It has an Intel Atom CPU (the same type of processor used in netbooks), so it's not very powerful, but it can be used for basic tasks such as word processing, Web browsing, viewing videos and listening to music.

Toshiba Satellite U500 (PSU5EA-00X012) notebook

Toshiba calls the 13.3in Satellite U500 (PSU5EA-00X012) its 'hero' notebook because it combines a small size with powerful performance, and it has almost all the features that are found on bigger laptops in the Satellite range. It runs an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and has plenty of RAM, a dedicated graphics card, a large hard drive, and a built-in DVD burner. You also get modern ports and network connectivity, and plenty of useful Toshiba innovations such as Sleep-and-Charge USB 2.0 ports and Eco mode. Indeed, the 'hero' moniker is apt.

TP-Link TL-PS310U print server

TP-Link's tiny TL-PS310U print server lets you share a multifunction device or a USB drive over your network. It's useful if you don't want to share files and printer resources through a PC, and it's quite easy to set up and use.

MSI Wind U115 netbook

While the MSI Wind U115 may not look special at first glance, this is not a typical netbook. It has a very long battery life, 802.11n wireless networking (Ralink 1t2r), Intel GMA 500 graphics, and two storage devices: a solid-state drive and a conventional spinning hard drive. As far as netbooks go, this one is a very interesting proposition but it's not without its problems.

Dell Inspiron Mini 10 netbook

Dell's Inspiron Mini 10 isn't just a netbook, it's a work of art. Well, its lid is anyway. Dell has employed an artist by the name of Tristan Eaton to supply three designs for the Inspiron Mini 10 range and we tested one of them.

Dell Vostro 1520 notebook

The Dell Vostro 1520 is a 15.4in notebook that can be described as a workhorse. It's primarily aimed at business users, so it doesn't have a lot of fancy ports such as HDMI and eSATA, but it does have lots of network connectivity options.

HP ProBook 4510s Notebook PC (VA033PA)

The HP ProBook 4510s Notebook PC (VA033PA) is a 15.6in laptop designed for business users, but it looks nothing like a business notebook. It has plenty of gloss, clean lines and a 16:9 widescreen display. There is actually nothing that screams "business notebook" when you glance at it except for the dedicated number pad, which is sure to make accountants squeal with excitement (as will its attractive price).

Dell Vostro 1320 laptop

It's got a burgundy-coloured lid and a black base, but don't let its looks fool you -- the Dell Vostro 1320 isn't a notebook for hipsters to parade at coffee shops (that's what Eee PCs are for). It's a 13.3in laptop that's designed for small business users who want something that avoids the tedious black-on-black that adorns most meeting rooms and cubicles. It's solidly built, it's relatively fast and it's a good size for taking with you when you're travelling.

Lenovo IdeaPad S10e netbook

The Lenovo IdeaPad S10e netbook has been designed with the education market in mind. It's slightly different to the [[artnid:268561|IdeaPad S10|Review: Lenovo IdeaPad S10]], with a smaller screen, a bigger battery, and Splashtop.

Dell Vostro 1720 notebook

Dell's Vostro notebooks target small businesses and are available with 12in, 13.3in, 15.4in and 17in screens. The Dell Vostro 1720 is a 17in model; it's basically a desktop replacement notebook that can be used at home or in the office. You can take it with you between the home and the office, but you'll need a big bag. It's definitely not a notebook that can be used while on public transport or on a plane.

Dell Vostro 1220 laptop

For roughly double the price of a 10in netbook you can get yourself a slightly bigger (12.1in) laptop that runs faster, is much easier to use and has very good battery life. That laptop is the Dell Vostro 1220. It's an affordable ultraportable notebook for anyone who wants a regular laptop with a small form factor at a good price.
