Embedded networks and smart metering company Intermoco (ASX:INT) has appointed Brendt Henricus as its new CFO.
Henricus has assumed his new role effective immediately. He joins Intermoco from print media production company PMP Limited (ASX:PMP), where he had held a series of senior commercial manager positions at various departments.
Prior to PMP, Henricus spent time working in financial positions in the UK, for a number of LSX-listed companies.
Intermoco has this year also employed a new chairman, John Evans, following the resignation of Andrew Plympton in April.
The company reported a reduced net loss of $3 million in FY11, despite a steep decline in revenue to $3.2 million, from $5.2 million in FY10.
INT shares stayed flat on Tuesday at $0.002.
