<p>Leading managed hosting company Hostworks has appointed Klaus Bartosch to head its regional sales and marketing team.</p>
<p>As Sales and Marketing Director, Mr. Bartosch will concentrate on creating regional opportunities for the company to exploit a growing trend towards selective outsourcing to specialist partners.

Mr. Bartosch, 41, whose passions including renovating, surfing and family, began his professional life two decades ago in civil engineering, working for leading Australian architectural firms. After five years, his interests changed from construction to computers as technology was adopted by the construction industry.</p>
<p>Since then he has worked in businesses involved in professional services, systems integration and specialised software applications.</p>
