New managing director appointed for Interwoven in Australia New Zealand

<p>Well known Industry executive to lead Interwoven’s charge in the growing Enterprise Content Management Marketplace</p>
<p>Sydney, Australia - 04 February 2004 – Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV) the world's next-generation enterprise content management (ECM) company, today announced the appointment of Richard Collins to the position of Managing Director, Interwoven, Australia/New Zealand. Collins brings with him a wealth of international experience with more than 16 years in executive sales, consulting and operational management roles with companies such as Oracle and Computer Associates.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Interwoven, Mr Collins was with Computer Associates for five and a half years, first as National Sales Manager then Managing Director of its New Zealand business. The last two years of this appointment saw Mr Collins based in Australia, continuing in the MD role for New Zealand, in addition to taking on the responsibility of regional manager for the Brightstor storage group – part of Computer Associates range of solutions. Before Computer Associates, Mr Collins worked for nine years at Oracle New Zealand in the consulting and sales arenas, leaving the company as National Sales Manager.</p>

<p>Interwoven has several hundred users in Australia including RTA and Queensland government and 18 of the top 20 legal firms.</p>
