Corporate payment solutions company IP Payments has hired Vinay Chand as its new CFO, in the latest in a line of staff appointments.
Chand will assume responsibility for capital and risk management, financial reporting, audits and forecasting.
Prior to joining IP Payments, Chand was head of finance at AMP (ASX:AMP) Bank.
He has 17 years' experience, having also previously worked at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, BT Financial and Commonwealth Bank (ASX:CBA).
The move follows a run of appointments by IP Payments, including three business managers, a talent and development manager, two software developers and an operations support manager.
Developers Kartik Kandukurti and Richard Wilson will take responsibility for enhancing and maintaining IP Payments' systems.
The new business managers are Steve Stivic, Linda Alassad and Winston Liu, while Christine Hurring will take charge of talent and development.
IP Payments specialises in corporate payment and PCI Data Security Standards (DSS) compliance solutions.
