Three fund companies on Thursday announced they had arranged share placements with clients of Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services.
Asian Masters Fund (ASX:AUF) said it had arranged to place shares at an issue price of $1.01 per share, The company has prior shareholder approval to offer up to 58.9 million shares.
Australian Governance Masters Index Fund (ASX:AQF) has arranged to place shares at $1.59 apiece and has been cleared to offer up to 13.8 million shares.
Global Resource Masters Fund (ASX:GRF) will meanwhile set a price of $1.75 per share and may issue up to 28.5 million shares.
Each fund company said their respective placements have been priced so that they will not have a dilutive effect on existing investors' stakes.
All three said they plan to use the proceeds to pursue additional fund investments.
AUF shares grew 1.01% in Thursday's trading to $1.000, while AQF shares stayed flat at $1.630. GRF also closed unchanged at $1.750.
