Mobile content and services company MobileActive (ASX:WBA) has secured the direct carrier agreement it was negotiating with the last of Australia's three major mobile operators.
The company announced the signing of a deal that will enable it to establish a direct connection to the network for SMS services.
The company's business-to-business division Mobile Embrace will now be able to implement the SMS gateway it is developing across all three major networks.
Mobile Embrace will use the gateway to deliver products and services directly and also plans to act as an aggregator for third party offerings.
The gateway will be also be used by MobileActive's Mobile Entertainment Retail division and its mobile advertising joint venture 4th Screen Advertising Australia.
MobileActive announced the first two direct carrier deals late last month.
The company has also recently secured distribution deals for its RingRing Studios content division, launched a mobile voting platform for broadcasters, and signed a mobile advertising deal for its 4th Screen JV with Multi Channel Network.
MBA shares stayed flat on Monday at $0.030.
