Engineering and infrastructure management services provider Downer EDI has won a four-year contract worth over $200 million to provide installation and maintenance services for Foxtel.
The deal covers services for the pay TV provider's satellite and cable customers in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
The agreement, which is an extension on a pre-existing partnership, will commence on September 1.
Building and communications services company BSA meanwhile signed a four year deal, with an optional one-year extension, to provide residential and commercial satellite installation services.
This deal, too, is a continuation of a long-running partnership - one which is now into its 13th year. The new contract will take effect on September 1.
BSA did not disclose the value of the contract.
DOW shares fell 2.92% on Wednesday to $3.660, while BSA shares jumped 10% to $0.220.
