ICT group Azurn (ASX:AZU) will forge a distribution agreement for its products with HP subsidiary Mphasis Australia.
Azurn and Mphasis Australia have jointly signed an MoU to conduct joint sales and marketing efforts in Australia and other regions for Azurn products.
Mphasis will also help to provide support and backup services for Azurn's current and future clients.
Azurn primarily develops unified communications and online publishing products, including its core MERLIN real-time multi-party communications platform.
Mphasis Australia is the Australian arm of the Indian-listed Mphasis, which operates as an independent subsidiary of Hewlett Packard. Mphasis is the sixth largest IT service exporter in India, and has 29 offices in 14 countries.
The company had previously revealed an intention to develop partnerships with other technology companies to help widen the reach of its product offerings.
“MphasiS has the global reach and delivery capability we need,” Azurn executive director Ananda Rao said.
