DataDot wins Italian deal

Microdot technology developer DataDot Technology (ASX:DDT) has won a supply agreement with Bosch Car Service in Italy.

DataDot said it secured the contract through its UK subsidiary's Italian distributor, DataDot Italia.

The deal involves the supply and fitting of security identification system DataDotDNA to more than 1,500 Bosch Car Service workshops in Italy.

Financial terms were not disclosed. DataDot said it had supplied 300,000 car identification kits in Italy over the last 18 months.
