Structural Monitoring chairman resigns

Structural integrity testing technology company Structural Monitoring Systems (ASX:SMN) has announced the upcoming resignation of chairman Robin Dean.

Dean has announced his intention to retire as independent non-executive chairman at the company's upcoming annual general meeting.

The announcement follows the resignation of CFO Colin McDonald on September 1. A date for the AGM has yet to be announced.
