Mobile entertainment company MobileActive (ASX:MBA) has signed a deal to provide its applications to Brazilian carrier Vivo.
Under the arrangement, Vivo will offer apps developed by MobileActive's in-house content division - RingRing Studios - to the operator's 52 million mobile customers.
MobileActive managing director Neil Wiles said the agreement brings to 63 the number of carriers worldwide now offering RingRing Studios content.
A further 33 carriers are evaluating the products for future launch, he said, and RingRing Studios now has a distribution network of 100 countries.
“We are producing mobile applications that can operate on a wide range of mobile handsets, old and new, in multiple languages,” he said.
RingRing Studios also distributes its wares through independent retailers and branded app stores.
MBA shares stayed flat in Monday's trading at $0.026.
