Shareholders in ISP iiNet (ASX:IIN) have approved the purchase of AAPT's consumer division for $60 million.
The resolution to approve the transaction was passed by 107.6 million votes to 2.4 million, with 75,000 votes abstaining.
Shareholders also cleared iiNet to grant financial assistance to Netspace group members, as part of the earlier purchase of Netspace for $40 million.
IIN shares are today trading 0.73% lower at $2.730.
