Internet kiosk developer pieNETWORKS (ASX:PIE) has revealed it plans to issue 5 million options to its two newest directors.
Non-executive director Justin Milne, who was appointed earlier this month, and Bill Zikou, who joined the company in August last year, will be granted the unlisted options.
The issue will be subject to shareholder approval. PIE shares fell 4.55% on Friday to $0.021.
