Datamotion shareholders approve capital raising

Shareholders in Data security company Datamotion (ASX:DMN) have approved the issue of 1.36 billion new shares via a capital raising.

At an extraordinary general meeting, Datamotion shareholders have approved the issue of the shares at a purchase price of 0.08 cents per share, as well as 2.3 billion options at exercisable at 0.5 cents per share.

Investors also ratified previous share issues of around 280 million shares at an issue price of 0.15 cents per share.

DMN shares are currently trading at $0.001.
