Transol director Philip Jackson resigns

Technology and mining investment company Transol Limited (ASX:TNC) has announced the resignation of Philip Jackson as a director.

Jackson will step down in order to focus on other business commitments, including development of technology recently sold by Enhanced Biogenic Methane to Regal Resources.

Jackson is a founding director of Enhanced Biogenic Methane. TNC shares are today trading 25% higher at $0.005.
