Shares in internet technology and marketing company Webfirm Group (ASX:WFM) have soared nearly 20% today, two days after the completion of a $7.5 million capital raising.
The company on Monday announcedit had placed 58.3 million shares, and planned to conduct a share purchase plan for existing investors worth up to $4 million.
The company today revealed it had appointed Damian Element as its interim company secretary to replace Gavan Flower, who had recently resigned from the positions of CFO and company secretary.
WFM shares are currently trading at $0.185.
