SAI Global closes $170m Integrity Interactive buy

Business publishing and professional services company SAI Global (ASX:SAI) has completed the acquisition of 100% of Integrity Interactive.

The US$170 million ($183.5 million) acquisition of the US-based corporate ethics and compliance company closed on September 10.

When the transaction was announced in July, SAI Global said the merger would create a compliance services business with pro-forma FY10 revenues of over $80 million, and ebitda margins of over 40%.

SAI shares have today fallen 0.7% to $4.170.
