Two Jumbuck directors to step down

Mobile entertainment company Jumbuck Entertainment (ASX:JMB) has announced the upcoming resignation of two directors, and appointed its new CFO as company secretary.

Founder and former CEO Adrian Risch and non-executive director and shareholder Bruce Bennie will both resign from the board at the conclusion of its upcoming 2010 AGM.

Risch resigned as CEO of Jumbuck at the end of December 2009, but stayed on the board to assist a now-complete transition to the new CEO and management team.

CFO Angelo Tsagarakis has meanwhile been appointed company secretary, effective from Monday. He will replace Jim Paulyshyn, who has been company secretary for the past six months.
