Techniche settles Prologic sale

Technology company Techniche (ASX:TCN) has closed the sale of its wholly-owned technology services subsidiary Prologic.

The company said it expects to book a profit on the transaction in the range of $400,000 to $500,000 after costs.

Techniche is retaining ownership of its MEGA distribution and support business, its ERST distribution and support business and its 50% share of TVPV International.

After the transaction, Techniche will have cash in hand of around $3 million, which will be used in the developing and global marketing of its software.
