Transol unit signs music distribution deal with Nokia

Transol (ASX:TNC) has revealed that its subsidiary, Valleyarm Digital, has entered into a music distribution agreement with Nokia.

Under the agreement, Nokia will sell Valleyarm's music catalogue to users of Nokia devices, as well as PCs, through its Nokia Music Store.

Nokia Music Store is currently available in Australia, Finland, India, Malaysia, Norway, Russia, Spain, the UAE, Austria, France, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, the UK, Brazil, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa and Switzerland.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Shares in Transol, which owns 80% of Valleyarm Digital, are today trading unchanged at $0.005.
