Software and services company Sirius Corporation (ASX:SIU) has completed a non-renounceable rights issue, raising $816,000.
The rights issue was undersubscribed, but had been underwritten. The company allotted the new shares on Thursday, and they will commence trading on Friday.
Following the allocation, the company now has around 152.1 million ordinary shares. SIU shares stayed unchanged on Thursday at $0.018.
