Microdot technology developer Datadot Technology (ASX:DDT) has swung to a $931,000 profit in FY10, from a $10.8 million loss the year before.
Revenue grew 23% to $10 million. The company saw improved sales in Europe, where revenue more than doubled, but revenue from Asia-Pacific decreased 4%.
DataDot's share of loss in its DataTrace DNA joint venture fell to just $104,000 from $2.1 million in 2009.
DDT shares are today trading 13.33% higher at $0.034.
