SingTel (ASX:SGT) incorporates investment unit

Optus parent SingTel (ASX:SGT) has incorporated a new ICT investment subsidiary, SingTel Innovation Fund.

The SingTel Innovation Fund is 100% owned by its parent, and has a paid up share capital of S$2 ($1.62).

The unit's directors are Chua Sock Koong and Lim Chuan Poh.

SingTel in July poured nearly S$50 millionin share capital into SingTel Treasury, its finance and treasury unit. SingTel treasury had also started with a share capital of S$2.
