School SMS service provider MGM Wireless (ASX:MWR) has won a 12-month extension on its contract to supply services to the Western Australian Department of Education.
This is the second annual extension of the original two year contract awarded in 2007.
MGM said it has three major contracts with government education departments in place to provide its truancy alert service.
The other deals are with the Sydney Region of NSW Education won in 2009, and the New Zealand government, which last month chose MGM as one of three preferred suppliers for school attendance systems.
