ECSI Limited, (ASX:ECS) a company implementing part of China's National Alarm Response System (NARS) project, has revealed it is closing in on terms of the expansion of the system.
ECSI said it has held extensive meetings with its partner in Beijing over further expanding the NARS system, which is currently operating in Chengdu, to more parts of China.
The partners are also about to upgrade the system so it can be centrally operated, in a bid to reduce overheads.
ECSI has meanwhile tapped Alpha Wealth Financial Services to provide the company with specialist advisory and consultancy services.
Alpha Wealth has already identified a range of investment and takeover opportunities, including the possible acquisition of a Hong Kong telecom business, either to support the NARS project or for separate business activities.
