Webfirm (ASX:WFM) acquires Adimise for $300k

Internet technology and marketing company Webfirm Group (ASX:WFM) has acquired ad serving company Adimise and sibling company Full Circle Online for $300,000.

Webfirm has acquired the companies from parent Full Circle Holdings for its ad serving technology. This tech will be incorporated into its new Adslot Direct Platform.

As part of the transaction, Webfirm has also acquired Adimise's customer contracts, including advertising sales for IseekGolf, IMDb, TV Tonight and Vidzone.

The purchase price will consist of the issue of up to 4.3 million shares, as well as a performance-based earn out capped to a total of $150,000 over the next three years.
