pieNETWORKS (ASX:PIE) cleared to issue 50m shares

Internet kiosk developer pieNETWORKS (ASX:PIE)has won shareholder approval to issue up to 50 million new shares.

At the company's AGM, investors agreed by a wide margin to let the company issue the shares, and in a separate resolution to issue 20 million options to CPS Securities.

A previous issue of 100 million new shares was also ratified by shareholders.

PIE shares are today trading unchanged at $0.024.
