Volatile first day of trading for Vocus (ASX:VOC)

Vocus Communications (ASX:VOC), which was listed to the ASX today after a reverse takeover, have had a volatile first day of trading so far.

Vocus, formerly First Opportunity Fund, was listed at $0.500, but opened at $0.600. But from this opening, its shares have since fallen 6.7% to $0.560.

The company was listed today after completing the procedure of a reverse takeover . First Opportunity Fund acquired Vocus for $20 million in April.
