Telstra, RACGP team up for e-health initiative

Telstra (ASX:TLS) has signed an MoU with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) to develop e-health solutions and services.

The healthcare applications developed under the partnership will be offered to the College's more than 17,200 GP members.

The first initiative will be a web-hosted service capable of hosting multiple healthcare applications for clinical, diagnostics and administrative purposes.

This service is expected to launch from July 2011.
