IPGA acquires in Singapore

Property website operator IPGA Limited (ASX:IPP) has announced that its Singapore unit, Singapore, has acquired rival for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition makes Singapore the market leader in the country, with an estimated 400,000 unique monthly visitors.

IPGA said it intended to use to provide a forum for discussion and collaboration amongst its users.

“Property buyers and sellers behave differently in this time and age, and are increasingly using the internet to have conversations, conduct research and gather information before a transaction takes place,” IPGA CEO Shaun Di Gregorio said.

“We have to stay relevant in this landscape and provide a robust channel for our users and customers.”
