Hostech cancels 50m share options

ICT services company Hostech (ASX:HTC) has arranged to cancel 50 million 1 cent options once held by Flaxon Hunter.

Flaxon Hunter was convinced to allow the options to be canceled due to Hostech's recent"http://www.cfoworld.com.au/news/532350/hostech-raises-86m-in-share-placement/"> 8.6 million capital raising and its acquisitions of six telecom companies.

The options had an expiry date of 22 June 2014. HTC shares are today trading unchanged at $0.105.
