FOF completes Vocus reverse takeover

First Opportunity Fund (ASX:FOF) has completed its reverse takeover of Vocus Communications, and has now formally changed its name to the latter.

Directors Alan Chonowitz and John Keniry - both directors of FOF since its inception - have now resigned, as has company secretary Jon Brett.

David Spence has meanwhile been appointed chairman, while CEO James Spencely as well as Mark de Kock, Paul McConnell and Mick McNaughton have been appointed as directors.

De Kock will take the role of company secretary.

Vocus provides wholesale telecom services to the Australian market.
