Structural monitoring technology developer Structural Systems (ASX:SMN) has forecast a net profit of at least $1.5 million in FY10.
This result includes losses amounting to $7.5 million after tax associated with the construction business in Victoria and the discontinued formwork business.
The company said it had around $170 million worth of work in hand at the end of April.
The board said it was disappointed with the result, but felt confident Structural would be ready to resume paying dividends in the 2010 calendar year.
