SingTel international CEO resigns

Optus parent SingTel (ASX:SGT) has announced the resignation of its international CEO, Lim Chuan Poh, effective at the end of the year.

Lim joined SingTel in 1998 as CEO of fixed-line services, and has been CEO international since 2006. He is retiring.

SingTel said it was searching both internally and externally for a replacement.

The company has meanwhile revealed it will pay its final dividend on 27 August, if shareholders approve it at the prior AGM.
