Telezon appoints Ian Gillon as director

Medical technology developer Telezon (ASX:TLZ) has selected Ian Ross Gillon to fill the seat on the board vacated by the recent death of Frank Carr.

Gillon is a principal of law firm Lawton Gillon, and has been a legal advisor for Telezon for several years.

He has been a director of numerous public companies, including current seats at Millennium Minerals and Red River Resources.

Dr Michelle Carr will meanwhile assume Frank Carr's former role of company secretary.

The male Carr, formerly Telezon's chairman, passed away on June 6.
