Infomedia CEO to resign at end of year

Electronic catalogue system supplier Infomedia (ASX:IFM) has revealed that its CEO, Gary Martin, will resign once his contract expires at the end of the calendar year.

Martin has been Infomedia's CEO since January 2005, and has been working at the company for the last 12 years.

Chairman Richard Graham said he intended to convene the board to discuss plans for choosing a replacement, and grooming him or her for the role.

Martin intends to work with his named successor to ensure an orderly transition.
