Techniche closes $6m capital raising

Technology investment company Techniche (ASX:TCN) has completed a $6 million capital raising to fund its purchase of Urgent Technology.

The company raised the funds through a fully underwritten placement and rights issue. The transactions are expected to be complete on May 28.

Techniche meanwhile said it expected to report a profit of $2 million for FY11.
