Zingmobile calls AGM for June 3

Singapore-based mobile content developer Zingmobile (ASX:ZMG) has called its annual general meeting for June 3.

Shareholders will vote on whether to re-elect directors Teo Siew Kiet and Umar Abdul Hamid, and whether to re-appoint MGI Singapore PAC as company auditors.

They will also be asked to approve the payment of directors’ fees of $140,000, and the issuance of new shares on the Singapore stock exchange at the directors’ discretion.
