Shares in Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVA) have slumped more than 10% today, on the day the company announced it had issued 53.3 million new shares.
The company issued the new shares to investors without prior disclosure, exercising its rights under the Corporations Act.
BVA shares have fallen 10.34% to $0.130.
