Bravura adds sub-underwriter to $23m rights issue

Wealth management software and services provider Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVA) has added a sub-underwriter to its $23 million rights issue.

Bravura said Fisher Funds Management, the manager of various funds which combined have a significant stakeholding in Bravura, has signed up to sub-underwrite the deal.

Underwriter Ironbridge said the sub-underwriting relates to 20.4% of any shortfall shares under the rights issue.

The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to purchase Mutual Fund Technologies.
