Powerlan merges Clarity, Omnix units

IT products and services company Powerlan (ASX:PWR) has announced that it is merging its Clarity and Omnix Software brands.

Omnix will be folded into the Clarity brand, Powerlan said. Clarity provides operational management solutions for telecom customers.

Clarity CEO Jon Newbery said the merger will enable Clarity to add network planning and infrastructure management functionality to its OSS suites.

“Strong synergies exist between Clarity and Omnix and we’re very excited to be moving both organisations forward as a consolidated entity,” he said.
