Techniche shareholders approve $3m share placement

Technology investment company Techniche (ASX:TCN) shareholders have approved a $3 million share placement, to be used to fund the acquisition of Urgent Technology.

At an extraordinary general meeting, shareholders voted to approve the placement of 59.5 million new shares at 4 cents per share.

A related resolution to issue 15.5 million shares to directors at 4 cents per share was also passed.

TCN shares are currently trading unchanged at $0.045.
