Connxion Ventures (ASX:CXN) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of KAZ Singapore from Telstra International.
The company said the acquisition gives the company a fully-functional operations hub in Singapore as well as modern data and call centres as part of a business with annual revenue of $4.5 million.
The company said it paid the undisclosed acquisition sum in cash.
“We are pleased to have completed this transaction ahead of schedule,” CXN CEO Bill Brooks said. “The business will now be integrated into CXN, and already we are aggressively pursuing a number of promising organic growth opportunities.”
