Shares in industrial and IT product developer Byte Power Group (ASX:BPG) jumped 25% to $0.005 following the announcement it was closer to closing a China deal.
Byte Power is in the process of acquiring 60 e-kiosks in the Chongqing area.
The company said that it had agreed to the terms of its JV in the region, Byte Power (Chongqing) and has submitted the agreements to the Chongqing branch of the Ministry of Commerce.
The company now expects the purchase of the kiosk to be complete in June.
