Computronics reshuffles business around LED signs

Electronics manufacturer Computronics (ASX:CPS) has placed its wholly-owned subsidiary Computronics Corporation into voluntary administration, as it shifts its focus to LED signs.

The company has also agreed to sell off its Farmscan division to Thurla Farms.

Its Signs division has mean while been sold to Computronics holdings, and its being restructured as a main business focus.

Computronics has also appointed a new managing director and CEO, Con Scrinis, who founded road signage and services company The Traffic Group in 2007, and was the joint founder of Traffic Technologies.
